II. Description of Organization
Organization, Mission, and Goals:
To provide the water and wastewater treatment services to the city of Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico. This year we were certified by BECC for a Sanitation Program for Mexicali City. It has a cost of 50 million dollars. With this program, we will guarantee that all the wastewater from the city of Mexicali is going to be treated before it is discharged into the New River and we will comply with the treaties between Mexico and the United States.III.
